Views from the rooftop bar are stunning, especially during sunset. Front desk staff could be more attentive, and service issues were noticeable. Renting bikes on-site was convenient for exploring the area. Room cleaning was inconsistent too.

Really loved the spacious room and the breathtaking view from the balcony. The pool area was nice, and the staff were super friendly. Enjoyed the free drink at check-in! Just a bit noisy at night from the club below, which was kinda distracting when trying to relax. be ready for a wait with the elevators.

The bed was exceptionally comfy with the softest sheets I've ever experienced. The room temperature was easily adjustable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The high-end finishes throughout, including the sleek mirror/light feature in the lift, added an elegant touch. I enjoyed the breathtaking views from the corner suite, especially at night. Space was plentiful, and the tub offered a luxurious escape. staying on a busy weekend meant the elevator could get crowded. The room was generally quiet, allowing for relaxation despite the hotel’s vibrant atmosphere.

The gym facilities are impressive, but service inconsistencies, particularly with room preparations, need improvement for a smoother stay.

I loved my stay because it was just a few steps from amazing restaurants like Truluck's and Big Easy Wine Bar and Grill, and I could easily stroll to the Brickell City Centre and enjoy luxury shopping, with downtown's vibrant atmosphere all around. The hotel had a great pool and comfortable rooms with clean amenities, making my time relaxing and enjoyable. the valet service was a bit inconsistent and could use improvement.

The views from my King Plus room on the 34th floor were breathtaking! Mr Nelson made breakfast feel like a special occasion with his friendly service. The rooftop vibes at Sugar were the perfect nightcap, thanks to the talented bartender Keith.

The location is fantastic, nestled within a modern shopping mall, offering stunning views and charming balconies. The friendly staff truly go above and beyond—like when they opened the closed tea spot just to help me out one night. the check-in process was chaotic, leading to confusion and a not-so-great room upgrade that felt more like a downgrade. The cleanliness wasn’t up to par, and noise between rooms was an issue. The popular rooftop bar draws crowds, resulting in long lines and a frustrating wait for drinks. A beautiful space, but some areas need more attention.

I was really disappointed with the shower. It was clearly dirty and even after housekeeping came, they just used a lint roller on the hair instead of actually cleaning it. I had to buy my own supplies to fix it!

The location is ideal. Spacious rooms offer great city and bay views. The rooftop bar is a highlight, but be mindful of the strict dress code. Service at the bar and pool leaves much to be desired. I waited over 40 minutes for a drink, only to find many items out of stock. Room cleanliness has declined. I encountered malfunctioning lights and unresponsive staff regarding basic requests. The check-in process was confusing, with unexpected charges and poor communication. While the vibe is trendy, the service falls short. A luxury hotel should prioritize guest experience. Disappointment lingers, overshadowing the positives. Improvement is crucial for a return visit.

Our visit to the science museum at Bayfront Park was a blast for both the adults and the kiddos. The place was filled with all kinds of cool gadgets and gizmos that kept everyone entertained for hours!
My wife says that the hotel should offer more organized and structured kid-friendly activities.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the stunning views and convenient location of the property. The food was delicious, and the staff were fantastic. I particularly appreciated having a drinking water tap in my room for easy hydration. The room I stayed in, a corner king, provided a luxurious experience.
Some staff members were not as accommodating as expected during my visit. I encountered difficulties reaching the front desk, and the service lacked warmth and efficiency.

The suites were indeed comfortable and chic, with a modern design that I appreciated. The location next to the City Center mall was super convenient, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. there were some drawbacks that I found quite disappointing. The noise level in the room was excessive, even on higher floors, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It would have been great if the hotel had soundproof windows to address this issue. the staff at the front desk left much to be desired. Some of them were rude and not very efficient, which was off-putting. It would have been nice to see more professionalism and friendliness from the staff. On a more positive note, the rooftop restaurant at the hotel was top-notch, offering great views and delicious food. The pools were also a highlight, particularly the cold water one, which was refreshing.

the hotel was modern - clean, and staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. the location was excellent - surrounded by restaurants and shopping. we were told about a great place for coffee and a late breakfast nearby. the staff's promptness and friendliness made the stay all the more enjoyable.

Loved the stylish design and the spectacular views from the modern rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows located in the heart of a bustling shopping and dining area. The hotel's location is unbeatable, offering easy access to various restaurants, bars, and a connected shopping mall.
Had challenges with the room lock upon arrival, but was quickly assisted and upgraded. The entrance to the hotel was not clearly marked, causing confusion, especially at night.

My friends and I had a blast at the science museum and the cool beach spot. The rooms were lit, with mad space to chill and cook up some grub.
Would've been sick if the spot had a louder pool party scene for us young peeps to turn up and vibe.

We enjoyed our stay at a convenient location connected to a mall. The room was clean, and the design and décor were excellent. The bath and shower were great. The hotel provided a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful and comfortable hotel. The staff went above and beyond, especially Nestor in security, who helped retrieve my forgotten belongings. The on-site restaurant was delicious, and the location in an upscale shopping mall was perfect for us.
The mini-bar arrangement was inconvenient with automatic charging for removed items and limited personal storage.

spacious room with great city and bay views. the bed was a bit softer than i prefer, but still had a great night's sleep. the rooftop bar was a must-visit, with beautiful views and great cocktails. the pool deck was spacious and secluded. the hotel gym was very spacious with lots of cardio machines.
